The process of Selling Your Home can be a very emotional process, even for the experienced Seller.  Like it or not Technology has become a fact of all our lives and it is the number one factor in why The Business of Selling  Real Estate has forever been changed.  The good news is that the benificiary of all this technology is the Seller and the Buyer alike.  The days of it costing 6% or more of the sales price to sell your home is quite simply a waste of a Sellers money.  The fact is that it is not a huge company or an agent with large expensive offices, or adds in the newspaper with an agents photo all over it that are needed to move a property.  It takes an agent with the experience to read the market, guide you through the process, put all this technology to use, and "work" for you till the very end that gets the job done.  Technology has leveled the playing field of who can join the elite crowd of outstanding agents, but it has not,  nor will it ever replace an outstanding agent who has your best intersts in mind.  I would be happy to share my thoughts with you on how I have become an outstanding agent and why I would be honored to work for you.
